Comfortable and clean rooms, with an eco-friendly vibe. The breakfast spread was satisfying and the bar offered great service. The hotel provided bikes for exploring the city, a fun bonus. The staff were lovely and very helpful. The hotel was easily found and in close proximity to the city centre. The room was clean and had great black-out curtains. We liked the sustainability features such as the recycling bin and the use of dimmed lighting and low-pressure water taps. The breakfast was nice and not overdone. We also enjoyed the complimentary bikes, made exploring the city a fun experience.

Great location, close to popular attractions and easy to explore the city. The room was clean and spacious, providing a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any queries or requests. The breakfast spread was excellent, with options to satisfy different dietary needs.
There were a few issues that marred our experience. the service lacked attention to detail.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location in a residential area was perfect - on a very quiet street, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, from the room service to the car hire and dry cleaning services. We were impressed by the 24-hour room service and the convenience it offered. The room amenities were top-notch, including the ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. The soundproofed rooms ensured a peaceful night's sleep, and the in-room safe provided added security for our belongings. Plus, the patio added a lovely touch to the room, allowing us to relax and enjoy the surroundings.
We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Friendly staff, comfy bed, central location, good restaurants nearby. Breakfast was good, bathrooms clean but shower fixtures confusing. Window can be opened. Bed size suitable for single person. Payment process needs clarification. Good value for money.
